TEARIN SOME CORN UP!!

A DATE IN T'TOWN

Matthew and I decided to go down to the game a couple of weekends ago and just see if we could get tickets and if not we would go grab a bite to eat. My wonderful sister took Talan for the night so we had the whole evening to ourselves. We found two tickets right off and they ended up being pretty good seats. We had a great time and really enjoyed being together, its been a while since we had a date night and even though we love being with our little guy it was nice having a night out. Plus we got to sleep past 6 am the next morning which was wonderful!!

LABOR DAY FUN

As always I am playing a little catch up so here is some pics from Labor day and celebrating Williams bday. We went out to MeLissas to hang out for the day and had a really good time. Its always so peaceful out there. Little did they all know that we had taken a pregnancy test that morning and kept quiet the whole day. Boy was that hard!!

TALAN HAS BIG NEWS...

MEET HIS NEW BROTHER OR SISTER TO BE....

WE FOUND OUT LAST WEEK AND COULDN'T BE MORE EXCITED. AS MOST OF YOU KNOW GETTING TALAN TOOK A LITTLE HELP THANKS TO MANY MANY PRAYERS AND THE A.R.T PROGRAM HOWEVER THIS ONE THANKS BE TO GOD DID NOT. SO I GUESS YOU WOULD SAY WE WERE A LITTLE SHOCKED BUT IN A GREAT WAY!!
We had already made our appointment with the A.R.T program again but turned out we didn't need it however they still claim this one as their own so they are monitoring me and baby for the next few weeks which I am very pleased with which means not only do we get great care but we get ultrasounds each time we go which is wonderful!!! We ask for your prayers for a healthy pregnancy and look forward to keeping you up to date on how things go.

I've Started Something Bad....but it was Fun

Talan was getting into everything the other day while I was trying to get dinner ready so I thought hey you want to help momma make the tea. Not sure if that was such a great idea or not? He really enjoyed doing it until it was over and then the break down started so I quickly said here's you a pitcher of your own to stir which made him really happy again and I even got real creative and put crystals (aka sprinkles) in the water to make it more fun this was great and a fun thing to do. However now he wants to do it each time we make tea which around our house is a lot. Oh well atleast he is having fun and I do manage to get somethings done.
We tried food color in the water on Sunday which was a lot of fun and helped teach his colors at the same time!!
