Today we went out to lunch with Uncle Bubba, Brandi, Maddie, Jackie(Brandi's mom), Melissa, Harrison and Bebe. We had such a fun time. It was great seeing our Bubba cause he is out of town a bunch so we don't get to see him that often and it was his bday on Sunday so we had to celebrate that as well. We love you bubba and were so glad to spend sometime with you as well as everyone else. Be careful and we will see you when you get home again. 
Here is Talan with his cousin Madelyn. They have not seen each other in awhile and they have both gotten so big since they were last together. Maddie is almost 8 months now but really 5 months since she was premeeie and Talan is 2 1/2 months now and they both weigh about the same. I do believe my little Talan is a chunk. Anyway, they were so sweet together. We are going to have our hands full with those two but I'm so glad they have each other.
Mrs. Cheryl came to see Talan for the first time on Sunday. It was so good seeing her and even though Talan was being a bugger all day not napping he was a good boy while she was visiting. Thank you for the sweet presents and hope to see you again.
On Saturday we went to hear Hannah sing at Brookwood Mall. She got in the Birmingham Children's Choir this year and this was her very first performance. She did so good and I am so very proud of her. She has got so much talent and you all need to watch out for her because she is a rising star.
After our picture taking the other day on the tractor I was told I needed to get the whole tractor in the shot and Matthew needed to be in it so here is take 2 on the tractor.
Talan loves his bathtime. He loves being on his tummy and being in the water. When I saw this picture I realized how big he is getting. His little chunky self is too cute!!
Today since it was so nice outside we went to visit daddy at the Hardware store. Talan got to sit on the tractor for the first time. He wasn't real impressed this time but we know before long he will be wanting his daddy to ride him around on it.
Sunday we went out to Kimberly to visit with the fam while the daddies worked. Talan was asleep for awhile until we finally woke him up because the girls could not stand it. Talan is one lucky little boy to have so much love from his cousins. I know when they are around I don't have to do a thing. They are such good little mommies.
Talan has two new things that he loves to do. One is kicking and the other is making bubbles. He will just lay there and make bubbles all day. I caught him doing it here and just had to take a picture. Who needs a bubble machine when you have Talan.
Here is his other favorite thing, kicking. The other night we were playing and I put the blanket over him and he kicked it until he got it off when I put it back over him he did it again. Him so strong. His daddy thinks this is a sign of something good. 
Last Friday we went to the Hardware Show with daddy. Its like a Christmas village type thing but for businesses. It was nice getting out with daddy and Talan was definitly the show favorite. After about an hour of being in the stroller he was ready to get out and as soon as we did we had people stopping us wanting to see him. It was so sweet because most everyone there were grown men and some would stop us and tell us to enjoy every minute with Talan now because they grow so fast then they would start talking about their kids that were all grown up. It was neat because most of the time its women making a fuss over babies and this time is was men. We just hope everyone thinks he is just as cute next time we go and he's running all over the place.
Today Talan is 2 months old!! I can't believe it has been 2 months already my how time flies when your having fun!! Saddly though two months doesn't come easy for our little guy, he had to get his shots today OUCH!! It was the saddest thing ever!! He was so happy and then his little world got rocked but when his daddy got him he was ok. He got a great report however, he now weighs 11lbs 11ozs and is 22.75 inches long. The doc said he looks great and was glad that he was doing so good. Now we just have to give him extra lovin cause him gonna be sore which I don't think will be hard for us.
Today we went shopping with Aunt MeLissa and Harrison and our first stop was Babies R Us. Our sweet aunt MeLissa found this cute hat that says Little Flirt and thought it would complete his outfit for the day and plus it was just to cute to pass up. Ain't he a doll.
On Sunday we helped Aunt Leigh move. We put on his new fun hat and even though we didn't do much to help atleast he was cute and fun to look at. We also tried out our new carrier which we love and Talan had fun looking around at his daddy and Pop Jim working hard. He got pooped so while he rested I actually got to help out a little.
On Saturday we went to hang out with daddy at the store. We got already to go and after being there for about 30 minutes Talan had an explosion that went everywhere but the diaper. We luckily had an extra outfit and all we needed to get cleaned up so we were good to go. Mr. Whited came in to see Talan and he was so sweet with him. I do believe Talan had a good time with him as well as everyone else that came in and made a fuss over him. We do believe that we were a good luck charm for daddy because he got real busy when we were up there. Talan is definitly our good luck charm!!
We met Melissa and Harrison on Wednesday to do some shopping
