Our friend Bryson sure knows how to boogie so Talan watched very closely to get some pointers and I think they paid off. They had such a fun time and sure loved all the attention they got. Aren't they so cute!!

Stephanie is Talan's teacher as well as a friend to me so we were so excited to be able to go down to the Gulf for her wedding. She was so beautiful and the wedding was very nice. It was at the Caribe Resort in Orange Beach which is a very nice resort wouldn't mine going back one day. We wish you all the best Mrs. Stephanie & Mr. Keith. Congrats to you!!

TALAN'S FIRST TIME ON THE BEACH

We took Talan down to the beach and he loved it!! It was so beautiful, I wish we could have stayed there all day.

The water was a little cold but we wanted him to atleast get his toes wet. I know one thing we will definitly be making a beach trip this summer!!

WEEKEND GETAWAY!!!

We went out of town for the weekend to Gulf Shores for a wedding and had such a fun time, just wish we could have stayed longer. It was a lot of first for Talan and he did so good so we will post our fun pictures tomorrow after we get rested up. Hope everyone had a great weekend.

AT LAST HE FIGURED IT OUT!!

My little monster has been trying so hard to figure out how to get out after he gets under his highchair. He is so funny he loves to get under it and will bonk his head a million times trying to stand up under it or while he is trying to get out. Its kinda of hard cause the front and back are higher then than the sides so he goes in on the side and tries to get out from the front and he gets stuck. Well atlast he got it and he was soooooooo excited and of course mommy was cheering for him as well!! Him so smart!!

TALAN AND THE KITTY

Talan has started this new thing were he lays his head down on you to love on you which is so sweet however he has been trying so hard to lay on the kitty. Well, he was finally successful the other night. Tiny gave in and let Talan lay on him for a few seconds and then he was done and ready to get away until little smarty pants found him under the chair. Poor kitty he really is being very patient and a very good sport about his little brother taking over his domain.

Bama is our Golden and Kody is our Chow. I feel bad that I haven't put any pictures of them hardly on the blog. These 3 have been our babies for a long time and have been slightly neglected since the new baby has arrived but they know we love them and now Talan really loves them, anytime he hears the dogs he starts going dah dah which really sounds like dog its so cute.

SIPS AND STROKES

Last Friday night us girls took Stacy out for a fun girls night out to celebrate her upcoming nupitals. We went to Sips and Strokes and had such a fun time!!! We went in thinking there was no way we could do this painting however when we were done we were pleasanting surprised with ourselves. It is a fun night out for the ladies if you need one, you should all try it!!

YOU'VE GOT MAIL

The little garden at Talan's school is one of his favorite places to play, he is there just about everytime I go in there to get him. He reminds me of Mr. Rogers in these pictures with his sweater and going through his mail but he is definitly much cuter!!!

TALAN'S 1ST TRIP TO THE PUMPKIN PATCH

Sorry these are a little behind but I wanted to post them anyway. The Pumpkin Patch is something we have been doing since Hannah was a baby and now she is 10. We have made so many wonderful memories over the years and I couldn't wait to make more with a baby of my own and this year it finally happened. We had such a wonderful time and Talan loved all the excitement going on around him. Matthew and Talan picked out the best pumpkin of the patch!! It was so fun being with the family, being outside and making more fun lasting memories. Love you fam!!

THE KISS MEETS THE KISS

We went to visit Talan's Aunt Leigh at her work so that she could see him all dressed up. While we were there I stood him up by the 3 way mirrors so that he could see himself, well he was taken away. He started talking to himself then next thing we knew he was just a kissing himself then he would start squealing then start kissing again. It was the cutest thing ever!! He had us all cracking up and drew a little crowd. I know one thing I think he is the sweetest little kiss I've ever seen!!

TALAN'S 1ST PARTY AT SCHOOL

Talan's Halloween party at school was on Wednesday and it was so cute. However, the 3 older ones just ate and ate and ate and I do believe Talan would have eaten until he blew up if we did not remove him. I don't think he will have any problem with cake for his bday, he ate 4 of the mini cupcakes like they were nothing. They don't call him chunky for nothing.

Talan and his friend Bryson had the same cute shirts so we just had to get their picture together. While I was trying to get a picture I noticed Talan getting blurry that was because he was walking towards me he was over by Bryson when we started and that big boy just took off to his mommy and I luckily got a quick shot of him coming towards me. We all started cheering but were all so shocked that he took off like he did. He's been taking steps here and there but not across the room. I am so proud of my little guy he is so brave sadly it want be long and he will be walking on his own completely.
